Mr. Adams has over 20 years experience in public education and educational publishing. He was an elementary school teacher in the Parma (Ohio) City Schools for six years, working with fifth and sixth grade students. He worked in a variety of sales and marketing positions with Ginn and Company, a Xerox Educational Publishing Company. Ginn and Company was a major publisher of educational material for grades K-12. As Sales Manager he managed several sales people in a three state area. He was later a Vice President and Regional Manager in Ginn’s Southwestern Regional Office in Dallas, Texas. He became Director of Marketing and was responsible for managing the marketing staff in product development activities, training, developing sales aids and liaison with the editorial and financial departments.

Mr. Adams has over 20 years experience working in the small business area. He was Chief Operating Officer of a Computer Assisted Language Translation Company. He was also a co-owner of a recycling company and has been involved with sales of products made with recycled materials.

Mr. Adams is married to Bonnie Miller Adams and they have three adult daughters and six grandchildren. He is a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity. He enjoys playing golf and reading a good novel.
