Elizabeth Lundey has been an instructor of children’s literature at Auburn University for eight years. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Lundey taught high school English and served as a library media specialist. These positions, along with her educational background, provided Ms. Lundey with exceptional writing skills, a strict attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize and evaluate specific information in order to create effective documents. These positions also afforded Ms. Lundey the opportunity to develop effective interpersonal skills and oral communication skills.

Ms. Lundey has also served as research assistant for Taylor Littleton, the author of The Color of Silver: William Spratling, His Life and Art. She also served as editor of Pie In the Sky: A Few More Clues to the Meaning of Life by James Buford.

Ms. Lundey is a member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Auburn, Alabama. She is married to Tom and has two children, Sarah Elizabeth and David.
