Ms. O’Neil brings a diverse range of marketing knowledge and business skills to the J.F. Smith Group. Her immediate duties comprise management of JFSG marketing, financial and administrative affairs; JFSG Focus on Fund-raising development institutes; development conference speaking engagements; JFSG Solutions online prospect rating service; JFSG Solutions prospect/donor management software and JFSG Solutions publication sales.

Her experience within the J.F. Smith Group has included conducting advancement assessments; strategic planning; coordinating feasibility studies; conducting feasibility study interviews; managing capital campaigns; identifying, cultivating and soliciting prospects; volunteer and staff solicitation training; and seminar presentations for the East Coast Athletic Conference, Assocation of Christian Schools International and Donor 2.

Ms. O’Neil is a member of the Association of Fund-raising Professionals, Greater Atlanta Chapter, the Association of Philanthropic Counsel, and the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy.
