Megan Augustine

Megan Augustine joined the J.F. Smith Group in February of 2007 as the Director of Marketing. In this position, Megan was responsible for company development, including prospecting visits, speaking engagements, training seminars and more. She also worked with prospective clients in communicating the JFSG fund-raising process and philosophy.

In September of 2008, Megan transitioned to the position of Director of Publications for JFSG. Megan focuses on JFSG writing projects in this new role, including feasibility study reports, campaign proposals, and campaign newsletters. Megan also assists Jerry F. Smith, president and CEO, with his book projects.

Prior to joining JFSG, Megan worked in marketing and communications in various industries, including healthcare information technology, forensics, and real estate. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism.

Megan and her husband, Dan, live in Jacksonville, Alabama. They have one daughter, Talia Paige, who was born on March 7, 2008.
