Tina Brown

Tina is the vice president of internal operations and finance for the J.F. Smith Group. Her responsibilities include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Quarterly Tax Preparation, Monitoring Purchase Orders, Budget Analysis, Cash Flow Projections, and Financial Statements for the J.F. Smith Group and JFSG Solutions.

Prior to joining the J.F. Smith Group in 2007, Tina Brown worked for Church of the Harvest in Opelika, Alabama for 5 years as the Business Administrator. She has 12 years of experience, holding several accounting positions both public and private. Her background includes retail, construction, service and non-profit accounting. Prior to her accounting positions, she was in the banking industry for 6 years serving as a teller, new accounts representative, loan processor, and secretary to the branch manager.

Tina and her husband, Alan, live in Opelika, Alabama with their son and three daughters. She is a prior Chairman for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life in Lee County. She served as Lee County President of the American Cancer Society. She is active at her church. She was named Lee County “Young Business and Professional Woman” in 2001.
