Raven Spence works in the position of assistant project manager. In this role, Raven works alongside JFSG project managers on capital campaigns, assisting in the success of campaign infrastructure.
Prior to joining the J.F. Smith Group, Raven worked as an assistant for five years in the management and marketing department at Jacksonville State University, where she quickly exhibited impressive office administration and management skills. Raven went on to serve as manager of customer relations at Hendrick Chevrolet in Birmingham, AL, where she worked with her team to lead a successful customer experience in her sales region each quarter.
Raven has excelled in roles of office administration, client meeting planning, public relations and marketing. As an administrator at Ameritek Document Solutions in Huntsville, AL, she was responsible for processing invoices, payment collection, contracts, inventory management and returns. She also served as intern at the National Center for Sports Safety in Birmingham, AL, where she assisted in writing and editing press releases, blogs for their website, and donor acknowledgments.
