Victoria Manley

Victoria Manley brings more than 25 years of experience as a trusted partner to nonprofit organizations, specializing in fundraising consulting, strategic planning, organizational development, and project management. In 2025, Victoria joined the J.F. Smith Group as an independent contractor, where she contributes to feasibility studies and provides assistant project management support. Prior to this role, Victoria spent eight years as an independent consultant, guiding nonprofits through key development and organizational initiatives. Earlier in her career, she served for a decade in New York as a Major Gifts Officer with the Episcopal Church, the Manhattan School of Music, the ASPCA, and CARE USA. She began her professional journey at Coxe Curry & Associates, a respected fund-raising consultancy in Atlanta, Georgia. Victoria is a graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South, where she majored in English, and she also completed course work and exams for a Master’s in Art History. Her volunteer service includes stewardship leadership at St. Bart’s Episcopal Church in New York and the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany in Atlanta.
